Chocolate Cookies 2 cup (Destroyed)
3 teaspoons of Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Butter (Melted)
3 each 8 oz package Cream Cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 each Eggs
3 tablespoons of cocoa
3/4 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
2 per 1oz Red Food Coloring
1 each 8 oz package Cream Cheese
1/3 cup butter
2 cups of powdered sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon white vinegar
How to Make:
Crust:
Crushed Mix Cookies Chocolate and Brown Sugar. Mix the softened butter. Press into a 9 "springform pan. Roast for 10 mintes. Spend.
filling:
Mix cream cheese and sugar with mixer until smooth. Add eggs one at a time mixing in between. Add Cocoa, Buttermilk, Sour Cream, Vanilla, vinegar and red food coloring. Mix until smooth. Pour into crust and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until almost set. Remove from oven and cool in the refrigerator overnight (Covered in springform pan)
topping:
Beat softened cheese and butter in large bowl until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over cheesecake evenly.
Garnish with your favorite berry. Strawberry or Raspberry looks great with this creation! You can also add a leaf or two Mint and chocolate shavings or syrup for presentation.
